Let’s embark on a Journey of Healing with 4 one hour live zoom calls with a bonus 5th hour for Q & A…The process is designed for a transformative journey towards personal growth and resilience using four key principles: Hope, Empathy, Acceptance, and Looking Toward the Future. By the end of the 4-week workshop, you will have developed a deeper understanding of the H.E.A.L. process and gained practical tools for cultivating hope, empathy, acceptance, and a forward-looking mindset.

At different times in our lives we can feel stuck and struggle with finding our way. Oftentimes, our usual ways of dealing with these struggles aren't helpful or may even prevent us from growing as individuals.

I work with clients who are dealing with depression and anxiety, loss and trauma, having difficulties in relationships, work, school, parenting, and varying life-stage transitions.
